Our catering menus are completely flexible so that you can select exactly what you want and how much you need. You can select any number of items from the food list below and we can deliver to you ready to serve.

CATERING MENU
Sandwich Platters:
Choose from white, wholemeal or multigrain sandwiches or baguettes. Minimum order of (8) sandwiches, wraps or baguettes.
Gourmet Sandwich platters - $6.00 per sandwich (cut into four triangles)
Choose from the following fillings:
- Roast Chicken, avocado, swiss cheese, mixed leaves and mayonnaise
- Grilled vegetables (eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini and red capsicum) with basil pesto
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese and caper salsa
- Roast beef, homemade tomato relish, fetta cheese and mixed leaves
- Curried egg and mixed leaves
- Salami, fetta, olives, homemade tomato relish and mixed leaves
- Ham, swiss cheese, sweet mustard pickle and mixed leaves
Club Sandwich platters (triple layer finger sandwiches) - $7.00 per sandwich (triple layer sandwich cut in half)
Choose from the fillings shown above (note: each sandwich has two fillings)
Wrap platters - $7.50 per wrap (cut into three)
Choose from the following fillings:
- Chilli Chicken Wraps: (Chicken, sweet chilli sauce, red onion, tomato, coriander and mixed leaves)
- Chicken Wraps: (Chicken, sundried tomato, cheddar cheese and mixed leaves)
- Bacon & Egg Wraps: (Bacon, egg, baby spinach, homemade tomato relish)
- Roast Beef Wraps: (Roast beef, gherkins, fetta cheese, olives, red onion, Dijon mustard, fresh tomato and mixed leaves)
Baguette platters - $8.00 per baguette (cut into three)

- Savoury pikelets topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon and a caper salsa

Minimum order: 20 pce platter - $35.00; 30 pce platter - $50.00; 40 pce platter; $60.00
Choose a minimum of (10) pces from the following:
- Cocktail Sausage Rolls
- Gourmet mini quiches (choose from (1) Lorraine, (2) pumpkin, caramelised onion and fetta or (3) vegetarian)
- Cocktail Party Pies
- Coriander Chilli Chicken Meatballs or Beef Meatballs with various dipping sauces (choose from plum, tomato or bbq sauce)
- Savoury tarts (fillings include caramelised onion and fetta, chicken and mushroom and vegetarian)
- Chicken and Mushroom Filo Cups
Mixed Sweet Treat Platters:
Minimum order: 20 pce platter - $35.00; 30 pce platter - $50.00; 40 pce platter; $60.00

- Mini lemon tarts (topped with flaked almonds)
- Raspberry and Chocolate mini tarts
- Chocolate or citrus babycakes
- Chocolate Brownies
- Raspberry and coconut slice
- Mini muffins (blueberry, rasp and white choc, mixed berry and almond)
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum 24 hours notice required on all catering orders (48 hours notice preferred).
- Catering only available Monday to Friday.

- Payment: Cash/Credit/EFT. (7 day term for invoices)
